HOw does Ilink work

iLink has you covered. We have assisted many potential employers with the services of candidates.
So you are wondering how does this work and where do I sign up?
iLink works on the basis that we supply you with 3 potential candidates for the position that you are offering. The cost of these three candidates' details, CVs, and criminal vetting is R300.
Thereafter you can peruse the CVs, have interviews with the candidates, should you wish to do so, or have us share their video profiles with you, if available. Once you have selected your candidate we will contact the chosen candidate and also inform the unsuccesful candidates.
Once the candidate starts with you we request the first salary to be paid to iLink, from there we take a 30% fee for our services. We run our business in this way to give workseekers without any hope or finances an opportunity by giving our services and guidance free of charge until we are able to place them with a family.
After the initial payment of the salary to iLink the employer can continue to make monthly payments directly to the new employee.
