So let us tell you our story. iLink started as the brainchild of a mother in desperate need of a nanny before returning from work after maternity leave. Just then we realised there are so many work-seekers out there, but there is no way to "link" them to employers. It can so easily become overwelming to work through hundrunds of CVs without knowing who to take or what references to trust.
At iLink we take the worry, time spent searching for candidates and wasting of resources out of the equation, by linking employers with domestic workers, nannies and gardeners that are trained, actively looking for employment and completed a criminal check.
We are here to connect the searchers with the seekers.
